About the Role

Responsibilities
- Follow up and record all fixed asset movements completely
- Prepare monthly and annual depreciation schedules according to accounting standards
- Reconcile physical inventory with book records periodically (quarterly)
- Prepare financial reports on assets for management
- Coordinate with external auditors and ZATCA
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (essential)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in asset management / fixed assets
- Previous experience in the medical sector or large companies (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Oracle or others)
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Master's degree is a plus

- متابعة وتسجيل حركة الأصول الثابتة بشكل كامل
- إعداد كشوف الإهلاك الشهرية والسنوية وفق المعايير المحاسبية
- مطابقة الجرد الفعلي مع السجلات الدفترية بشكل دوري (ربع سنوي)
- إعداد التقارير المالية الخاصة بالأصول للإدارة
- التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة
المؤهلات والخبرات
- بكالوريوس محاسبة (شرط أساسي) – الماجستير ميزة إضافية
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة الأصول / الأصول الثابتة
- خبرة سابقة في القطاع الطبي أو شركات كبرى (شرط أساسي)
- إجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Excel
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP / Oracle أو غيرها)
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (IFRS)
