About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the CBAHI accreditation project within medical complexes and dental clinics
- Prepare, develop, and update policies and procedures according to CBAHI standards
- Prepare all required files, documents, and forms for accreditation
- Monitor the application of quality and patient safety standards across all departments
- Conduct internal rounds and audits and prepare review reports
- Prepare and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Train staff on quality standards and CBAHI requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze quality results
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure readiness before evaluation visits
- Follow up on the resolution and closure of all accreditation team observations
- Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and health regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health services management, quality, nursing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare quality and accreditation
- Proven experience in preparing healthcare facilities for CBAHI accreditation (essential)
- Advanced knowledge of CBAHI standards, patient safety, and quality management
- Experience in developing policies and procedures and managing documentation
- Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation/report preparation
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and problem solving skills

- أخصائي اعتماد سباهي (CBAHI Accreditation Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريق الجودة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن قيادة ومتابعة جميع متطلبات اعتماد CBAHI، وضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة وسلامة المرضى داخل المجمعات الطبية وعيادات الأسنان، بما يحقق جاهزية المنشآت للاعتماد ويحافظ على الامتثال المستمر للمعايير.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق مشروع اعتماد CBAHI داخل المجمعات الطبية وعيادات الأسنان.
- إعداد وتطوير وتحديث السياسات والإجراءات (Policies & Procedures) وفقًا لمعايير CBAHI.
- تجهيز جميع الملفات والوثائق والنماذج المطلوبة للاعتماد.
- متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة وسلامة المرضى في جميع الأقسام.
- تنفيذ الجولات الداخلية وعمليات التدقيق (Internal Audits) وإعداد تقارير المراجعة.
- إعداد ومتابعة خطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
- تدريب الموظفين على معايير الجودة ومتطلبات CBAHI.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وتحليل نتائج الجودة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان الجاهزية قبل زيارات التقييم.
- متابعة معالجة وإغلاق جميع ملاحظات فرق الاعتماد.
- ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات واللوائح الصحية المعتمدة.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الخدمات الصحية، أو الجودة، أو التمريض، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الجودة والاعتماد الصحي.
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في تجهيز المنشآت الصحية للحصول على اعتماد CBAHI (شرط أساسي).
- يفضل من لديه خبرة في المجمعات الطبية أو عيادات الأسنان.
- معرفة متقدمة بمعايير CBAHI وسلامة المرضى وإدارة الجودة.
- خبرة في إعداد السياسات والإجراءات وإدارة الوثائق.
- القدرة على تنفيذ عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وإعداد العروض والتقارير.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل، وإدارة الوقت، والعمل ضمن فريق، وحل المشكلات.
