- Provide first line technical support for users across all departments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions
- Monitor and maintain network devices, internet connectivity, and shared resources
- Support biometric attendance devices, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Document technical issues and maintain IT support records
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Help Desk
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi Fi)
- Experience with Active Directory is preferred
- Familiarity with antivirus solutions and endpoint security
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

The Role
- Al Farabi Medical Company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
