Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate CBAHI accreditation projects across medical complexes and dental clinics
- Prepare, develop, and update policies and procedures according to CBAHI standards
- Prepare all required files, documents, and forms for accreditation
- Monitor implementation of quality and patient safety standards in all departments
- Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports
- Prepare and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Train staff on quality standards and CBAHI requirements
- Monitor KPIs and analyze quality results
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure readiness before assessment visits
- Follow up on processing and closing all accreditation team observations
- Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and health regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health services management, quality, nursing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality and accreditation
- Proven experience in preparing healthcare facilities for CBAHI accreditation
- Advanced knowledge of CBAHI standards, patient safety, and quality management
- Experience in policy and procedure development and document management
- Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
- Certified Quality Specialist (CBAHI Accreditation) to join the quality team, responsible for leading and following up on all CBAHI accreditation requirements, ensuring application of quality and patient safety standards within medical complexes and dental clinics.

- Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparing presentations and reports.
- Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
