Workplace and Employment

- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance and absence records.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave data.
- Monitor attendance systems and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports and analytics.
- Track attendance trends and identify recurring issues.
- Support onboarding by explaining attendance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with employees, HR, and relevant departments.
- Provide guidance on attendance-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
- Support attendance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in HR operations, attendance, or administrative coordination.
- Experience with attendance or HR systems.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labour regulations.
- Strong reporting and data-analysis skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
