Job Purpose
Perform hands-on supervision of service provider centers through inspections, compliance monitoring, grievance management, and operational support.
Ensure service quality, safety, and adherence to licensing standards and procedures.
Strategy
- Develop health, safety, and environment plans for employees, service providers, and customers.
- Develop standards for evaluating service provider performance.
Operations
- Monitor centers through control cameras in the Smart Supervision Center.
- Follow up with service providers on requirements for opening and operating licensing centers.
- Prepare and follow up on service provider agreements with internal authorities.
- Conduct field visits, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure implementation of approved policies, circulars, and procedures and act on violations.
- Coordinate approval of marketing and awareness campaigns for service provider centers.
- Analyze service provider performance and submit periodic reports.
- Receive and follow up on grievances and submit complete cases to the Unified Grievance Committee.
- Manage bidding activities for establishing new service provider centers.
- Adhere to RTA information-security policies and report incidents immediately.
Process Improvement
- Recommend service improvements based on field observations and performance analysis.
- Contribute to standards that enhance service quality and operational compliance.
Physical Working Conditions
- The role requires regular field inspections and work at service provider centers and the Smart Supervision Center.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or operations management.
- At least five years of experience.
- Quality-management certification is preferred.
