- Provide first line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot office devices including laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support real estate CRM systems and property listing platforms
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Support office internet connectivity and internal network stability
- Liaise with external IT vendors when required
- Assist sales and leasing teams with system setup and technical support needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a real estate environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM platforms used in real estate is a plus
