Company Overview

  • Established in 1996, Amer Al Guhair Real Estate Development is a trusted UAE real estate developer with a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and sales data.
  • Support the sales team with CRM administration, reporting and system maintenance.
  • Monitor lead allocation, customer records and sales pipeline activities.
  • Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and data consistency.

Requirements (Non Negotiable)

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar CRM support role.
  • Previous experience working for a real estate developer is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
