Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform and customer database
- Monitor and update customer records, leads and sales activities
- Manage lead allocation and ensure accurate tracking throughout the sales cycle
- Generate CRM reports and provide insights to support sales performance
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer information is updated
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth CRM operations
- Track customer interactions from initial enquiry through booking and post sales stages
- Support CRM improvements and system optimisation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar CRM role
- 3–5 years of experience working for a real estate developer (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management and sales pipelines
- Experience managing CRM processes within a property development environment
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM reporting tools
- Must be currently based in the UAE

- We are urgently seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform and customer database.
- Monitor and update customer records, leads and sales activities.
- Manage lead allocation and ensure accurate tracking throughout the sales cycle.
- Generate CRM reports and provide insights to support sales performance.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer information is updated.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth CRM operations.
- Track customer interactions from initial enquiry through booking and post sales stages.
- Support CRM improvements and system optimisation.
Requirements (Non Negotiable)
- 3–5 years of experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar CRM role.
- 3–5 years of experience working for a real estate developer is mandatory.
- Experience with a real estate brokerage will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management and sales pipelines.
- Experience managing CRM processes within a property development environment.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM reporting tools.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
