About the Role
H&R Real Estate Brokerage, part of Amer Al Ghurair Group, is hiring an experienced IT System Administrator in Dubai. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, networking, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Manage VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper V infrastructure.
- Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune.
- Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
- Perform server patching, backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for infrastructure and end users.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and security compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in System Administration, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper V.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall administration.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

IT System Administrator
- We are currently hiring an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands on experience in system administration, networking, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- This role is responsible for maintaining and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure while ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of business critical systems.
