- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring it remains modern, user friendly, and optimized
- Design and oversee the creation of company branding materials, including logos, brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Create visually engaging marketing presentations for clients, investors, and internal meetings
- Produce high quality graphics and promotional materials for both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing activities
- Work closely with management to develop marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with external suppliers, designers, printers, and digital agencies when required
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and company communications
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or similar role at a Real Estate Developer
- Experience with website creation, management, or content updates
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Experience creating professional business presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms
- Excellent understanding of branding, digital marketing, and visual communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands on Junior Creative Director to lead our branding and marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and website management, with the ability to create professional marketing materials that enhance our company’s image and generate business opportunities.
- Must have worked in a Real Estate Developer experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Experience with WordPress or other website management platforms.
- Photography or video editing skills are an advantage.
- Experience within the real estate Developer industry is Non Negotiable.
