IT Support Specialist

1+ years' experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.

Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows/macOS environments.

Familiarity with MDM solutions (like Microsoft Intune) and standard security practices.

Exposure to PowerShell scripting or a strong desire to learn.

Experienced Problem Solver: You have a solid foundation in IT support and don't panic when faced with a complex or unfamiliar technical issue.

A Great Communicator: You can translate technical fixes to non-technical stakeholders with patience and a professional flair.

Proactive & Driven: You don’t just close tickets; you look for the root cause and find ways to prevent the issue from happening again.

Eager to Learn: You have a genuine interest in modern endpoint management, security, and cloud technologies.

No Ego: You’re just as happy unboxing monitors and setting up desks as you are troubleshooting a conditional access policy
