Job Purpose
Provide technical assistance and support to end users within designated Fakeeh Care entities.
Troubleshoot technology issues and support smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person.
- Support computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and system updates.
- Assist with asset tracking, inventory management, equipment setup, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Document issues and solutions, escalate complex issues, and monitor system and network availability.
- Plan and implement information-system upgrades and integrate new applications.
- Install and maintain servers and data-storage systems.
- Develop backup, disaster recovery, security, documentation, procedures, tools, and training.
- Mentor team members, educate users, and stay current with system-administration practices.
Requirements
- IT Specialist level requires 0–2 years of IT support or application support experience in healthcare.
- Senior IT Specialist level requires at least 3 years of IT support or application support experience in healthcare.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- Certifications including CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA, CHAMP, CITAM, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
