Job Overview
SkySys is seeking a Field IT Support Engineer for onsite dispatch support at client locations in Doha.
Visits are scheduled on an as-needed basis, typically 1–2 visits per month, with at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Client Locations
- Nestlé Qatar Trading LLC, Doha, Qatar.
- GWC Building, Sulba Warehousing Park, Logistics Village Quarter, Doha, Qatar.
- The role requires onsite visits to client locations.
Pay and Contract
- Pay is $15 per hour as an independent contractor.
- The engagement is long-term, part-time, and on-demand.
Support Duties
- Provide onsite dispatch IT support at client locations in Doha.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and PC break/fix services.
- Support Windows systems, networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and peripherals.
- Provide Smart Hands and onsite infrastructure support.
- Attend scheduled visits during business hours with advance notice when possible.
