Role Overview

Role Overview
The role is an IT Desktop Support Technician providing backfill coverage while the primary engineer is on leave.
After the project ends, the technician will remain registered with the client for possible future support requests.
Pay and Engagement
- The pay rate is $11 per hour as an independent contractor without benefits.
Work Location
- The role is based onsite at Nestlé Saudi Arabia LLC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of IT infrastructure field support experience is required.
- Experience with hardware, software, operating system troubleshooting, desk-side support, and PC break/fix is required.
- Basic LAN/WAN networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP, is required.
- The role requires installation and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- The role requires independent work, deadline management, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
