Job Description
Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support as a backfill or secondary support technician.
The role is based in Dubai and requires direct customer and site support.
Job Type and Location

Technical Requirements
- Minimum three years of strong IT infrastructure field support experience.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues without violating warranties or customer security requirements.
- Install and repair desktops, printers, laptops, peripherals, and desktop applications.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
- Perform instruction-based smart-hands activities at sites.
- Ability to lift or move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Troubleshoot systems, networks, and end-user network cabling.
- Experience in repeat-call analysis and problem management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic administration of Windows operating systems is required; macOS or Linux experience is preferred.
