About the Role

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment
- Monitor and manage the hotel's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure internet connectivity and data protection
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain hotel property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and other specialized hotel software
- Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures to safeguard hotel information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in IT support and network management, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems is a plus
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
