- Design, build and enforce policies and protocols that protect computing infrastructure from threats
- Provide advanced solutions on cyber threats and create strategies to protect network from breaches
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in technical support department
- Advanced expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls (e.g., Fortinet)
- Management of Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- Administration of enterprise grade antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
- Configuration, maintenance, and operation of email security gateways (e.g., FortiMail)
- Implementation and support of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks
- Network Access Control (NAC) deployment and integration
- Administration of centralized authentication systems (e.g., TACACS+, RADIUS)
- Advanced knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
- Conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reporting
- Proficient in cloud networking services such as VPN gateways, virtual network peering, and cloud firewalls
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation

Job Overview
- The IT Security Engineer is accountable for designing, building and enforcing policies and protocols that protect the organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of threats.
- S/He provides the organization with advanced solution on cyber threats and helps create strategies to protect network from breaches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- 7+ years experience in technical support department
- Advanced expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls (e.g., Fortinet).
- Management of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) for protecting web applications from attacks (e.g. Forti WAF).
- Administration of enterprise grade antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
- Configuration, maintenance, and operation of email security gateways (e.g., FortiMail).
- Implementation and support of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks.
- Network Access Control (NAC) deployment and integration.
- Administration of centralized authentication systems (e.g., TACACS+, RADIUS).
- Advanced knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reporting.
