About Us

Sygmetiv Business Solutions is a rapidly growing IT solutions company, providing ERP solutions, custom software development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services.

As part of our expansion in **Qatar**, we are seeking motivated **Sales Executives** who are ambitious, energetic, and passionate about building their career in IT sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Promote and sell company services including **ERP solutions, IT services, and software products**.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and IT industry developments.

Key Requirements

  • **1–2 years of proven sales experience** (preferably in IT Sales/ERP Sales).
  • Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of **IT services or ERP solutions** is an advantage.
  • **Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam** (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Business, Marketing, IT, or related field**.
  • Experience working in the **Middle East / Gulf region** is an added advantage.
  • **Valid Qatar Driving License** is a plus.
