Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive-level reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI platforms.
- Optimize SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of BI-related issues.
- Mentor junior developers and support best practices in BI development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain technical documentation and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or -related field
- 8-12 years of experience in BI development or data analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in:
• Power BI And Tableau And QlikView
- SQL and database management
- Data modeling and ETL development
- DAX and Power Query
- Experience with data warehouses and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Microsoft Power BI or related BI certifications preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
