Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Siebel CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of Siebel applications and integrations aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Siebel CRM solutions and enhancements.
  • Manage and guide the technical team in Siebel development, configuration, and integration activities.
  • Oversee Siebel application architecture, workflows, business services, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to define technical requirements and solutions.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Design and manage integrations with external systems using EAI, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment support.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical training and guidance.
  • Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development and support.
  • Strong expertise in:

• Siebel Tools & Configuration

  • Siebel eScript / VB Script

• Siebel EAI & Integrations

  • Open UI
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience leading technical teams and enterprise CRM projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Siebel CRM certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud integrations and API management is an advantage.
  • Experience in telecom, banking, or enterprise-level environments preferred.

Experience

  • Siebel TL: 10 years (Preferred)
