Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Application Support Engineer (Siebel) – L3** to provide advanced technical support and administration for Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and ensuring the stability and availability of enterprise Siebel applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Oracle Siebel CRM applications and related systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, incidents, and escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system health
- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with development, database, middleware, and infrastructure teams
- Analyze application logs and system behavior to identify issues proactively
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of support tickets
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior support team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Oracle Siebel CRM environments
- Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, modules, and functionalities
- Experience troubleshooting Siebel application, integration, and performance issues
- Knowledge of Siebel Tools, workflows, EAI, Open UI, and web services is an advantage
- Good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Language Requirement
- **Arabic: Mandatory (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)**
- English proficiency required for technical and professional communication

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative onsite environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-level CRM applications
- Ability to handle critical incidents and multiple priorities efficiently
