Responsibilities
- Monitor and reply to sales emails and inquiries
- Learn details about product and service offerings
- Address customer questions and issues
- Communicate with customers to understand requirements and needs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings of potential clients with manager
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, procurement, and deliveries
- Prepare quotations and costing
- Follow up with clients to close quotes successfully
- Increase company client base with quality customers
- Enter, update, and maintain clear and correct data into CRM
- Retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention
- Assist in achieving and exceeding company total monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Coordinator
- Excellent phone and email communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and plan day effectively
- Good command over English language
- Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good organizational skills
- Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge quickly

- AED 3,500 AED 4,500 per month.
