Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional for IT products and services.
The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Compensation is AED 3,000 fixed salary per month plus performance-based commission.
Requirements
- The role requires 2–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, technology sales, or business development.
- Candidates need strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud technologies, and infrastructure services.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, website development, mobile applications, VoIP, cloud services, or surveillance solutions is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A valid UAE driving license and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
