This is not a cold-calling sales role; it focuses on warm leads, referrals, and interested investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing investors to explain structured investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong investor relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Communicate investment terms, ROI structures, lock-in periods, and required documentation.
- Address investor queries with confidence, accuracy, and transparency.
- Coordinate documentation and investor onboarding with internal teams.
- Track investor interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support investor retention through trust, clarity, and long-term satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in client retention, CRM, relationship management, investment advisory, banking, wealth management, or high-value client handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, ethical, and calm approach to investor conversations.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly; training will be provided.
- Comfort handling high-value investment discussions involving AED 100,000 or more.
- Results-driven with a long-term relationship management mindset.
- Experience in the UAE financial or investment environment is advantageous.
Languages
- Arabic is required.
- English is listed in the language requirements.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
