Merveille Investments LLC is seeking Sales Executives / Tele Callers for its growing team.
The role focuses on outbound calling, service introduction, qualified lead generation, and sales-team support.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Introduce company products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Record calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales for smooth client handovers.
- Maintain professionalism and customer service throughout interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive, target-driven attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
