- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects from initiation through delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, organizational policies, and quality requirements
- Track and report project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators to senior management
- Support change management and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new solutions
- Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with proven experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects
- Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing cross functional teams, vendors, and third party service providers
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
