- Manage and oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation plans
- Manage client expectations and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Control project scope and prevent unauthorized changes or scope creep
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to project teams working on .NET, Java, cloud, and enterprise applications
- Ensure effective communication between clients, project teams, and management
- Track project performance and prepare regular status reports
- Support resource planning, task allocation, and team performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including significant experience managing technical projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience with .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#) and JavaEE applications
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and virtual machine management
- Experience working with relational and non relational databases
- Familiarity with project management and monitoring tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
- Proven experience working with government entities, municipalities, or utility sectors within the GCC region
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
