Summary Of The Role

  • The IT PMO Manager in Jeddah is responsible for structuring, monitoring and enhancing project governance, ensuring consistency, transparency and efficiency across all value streams and initiatives.
  • The role drives planning, reporting, risk management and operational excellence, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and secure delivery commitments.

What You’ll Do Governance and Planning

  • Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
  • Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow up.
  • Ensure consistency of processes across all value streams and act as a reference point for best practices within the PMO domain.

What You’ll Do Portfolio Monitoring

  • Consolidate and track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
  • Provide clear, structured reporting to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability of reporting tools while supporting continuous improvement of reporting standards.

What You’ll Do Risk and Dependency Management

  • Identify cross stream risks and dependencies and assess their impact on delivery.
  • Drive mitigation actions and escalation when required, anticipating potential delivery issues.
  • Support teams in proactively managing risks and interdependencies across initiatives.

What You’ll Do Continuous Improvement

  • Improve tools, templates, and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Promote project management best practices and contribute to the maturity of the operating model.
  • Act as a change driver by supporting process enhancements and cross functional alignment.

About The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in PMO, project, or program support roles.
  • Strong background in reporting, governance, and planning.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience in digital or IT environments.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
