Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- ITIL v4 certification preferred
- MCSE, VCP, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications
- Expertise in hybrid infrastructure management (VMware, Hyper V)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and data center operations
- Knowledge of storage and data management (SAN, Commvault, Azure Backup Vault)
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity

Role Overview
- This role provides technical leadership and oversight for entire infrastructure technology stack.

Domain Oversight
- Manages the data centre, physical and virtual servers (VMWare, Hyper V), storage systems, and cloud services.
- Proactive Monitoring: Works closely with technical teams to proactively monitor IT services and ensure timely technical support to prevent service disruptions.
- SLA Compliance: Monitors and directs actions to ensure all infrastructure requests and incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
- System Maintenance: Oversees routine maintenance, housekeeping, and hardware replacements in coordination with third party vendors.

- Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Oversight of physical and virtual server environments, including VMWare and Hyper V.
