About the Role
The Multifamily IT Director will be the on-site resource for multifamily software implementation and maintenance needs.
The role includes training, vendor management during new system installations, troubleshooting down systems, and serving as a subject matter expert for building technology software and integrated hardware.
The position reports directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Apply multifamily software knowledge and quickly master new software used in the sector.
- Ensure property staff use systems as intended and assist with upgrades, implementations, integrations, maintenance, validation, and testing.
- Identify technology requirements, opportunities, gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies where technology can add value.
- Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site teams.
- Conduct in-person and web-conference training for in-house and vendor products and modify learning programs.
