Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation projects, deploying next generation mobile applications, automated self ordering kiosks, loyalty systems, and next level digital payment ecosystems
- Take full ownership of point of sale (POS) infrastructures, drive thru tech, kitchen automation systems, and third party delivery aggregator integrations
- Build, scale, and govern enterprise data architectures and business intelligence dashboards; empower data driven decisions through advanced analytics, customer insights, and predictive AI modeling
- Ensure absolute uptime, peak performance, and high availability across all corporate networks, cloud platforms, and core ERP environments
- Manage the technology project portfolio from blueprint to rollout; oversee capital and operational budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), calculate project ROI, and lead critical vendor negotiations and SLA frameworks
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership capacity
- Proven experience navigating high volume, multi unit retail networks (QSR, F&B, Retail, or Hospitality preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems; MBA or technology related Master's preferred
- Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or enterprise Cloud credentials are an advantage
- Comprehensive familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), advanced data analytics, and modern IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks

- Build, scale, and govern enterprise data architectures and business intelligence dashboards and empower data driven decisions through advanced analytics, customer insights, and predictive AI modeling
- Ensure absolute uptime, peak performance, and high availability across all corporate networks, cloud platforms, and core ERP environments

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience, featuring at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership capacity
- Proven experience navigating high volume, multi unit retail networks is essential. Candidates from Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality are highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems; An MBA or technology related Master’s Degree is highly preferred
- Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or enterprise Cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are added advantage
- Comprehensive familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), advanced data analytics, and modern IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
