- Develop, customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules using Python, XML and JavaScript
- Design and implement new Odoo modules and workflows based on business needs

- Perform Odoo installation, configuration, upgrades and version migrations
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and application efficiency
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands on Odoo development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs
- Experience with Odoo implementation, customization and integration projects
- Familiarity with Git, Linux and Docker is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled IT Developer (Odoo Specialist) with proven hands on experience in developing, customizing, implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable ERP solutions, integrating third party systems, optimizing application performance and providing technical support to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules using Python, XML and JavaScript.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, or later.
- Knowledge of Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR and CRM modules.
- Odoo Technical Certification is an advantage.
