- Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure
- Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
- Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
- Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
- Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments
- Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment

- As an IT Coordinator, you provide comprehensive IT support and spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards
- Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
- Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
- Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
- Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention
