- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure all assigned areas are spotless, well organized, and guest ready at all times
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost & found articles promptly
- Follow established cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Room Attendant in a 4 star or 5 star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards
- Good communication skills and a positive, service oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently
