The IS Manager, Connected Incubation Hub, leads a cross-functional team responsible for rapidly exploring, validating, and delivering emerging technology capabilities that improve recruiting, selling, talent, and enterprise operations across Allegis Group and its operating companies.
This role operates at the intersection of AI, data science, recommendations, product, architecture, and business workflows.
The IS Manager turns ambiguous opportunities into evidence-based experiments, proofs of value, pilots, and clear scale or stop recommendations across multiple enterprise technology platforms.
The role partners closely with Business, Product, UX, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, AI governance, TPRM, and strategic vendors.
The IS Manager is accountable for portfolio movement, team leadership, stakeholder alignment, experiment measurement, responsible AI practices, and successful handoff of validated capabilities.
The IS Manager is responsible for:
• Leading a portfolio of AI, data science, recommendation, search, automation, agentic AI, generative AI, conversational AI, and voice AI experiments across recruiter and seller experiences.
• Supporting and driving business problems from hypotheses, research plans, technical discovery, prototypes, experiments, pilots, and measurable success criteria.
• Partnering with Product and UX to define user needs, prioritize opportunities, coordinate showcases and research, and incorporate feedback into experiment decisions.
• Partnering with Architecture and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, integration patterns, scalability, supportability, performance, and paths to production.
• Coordinating governance with Legal, Security, Privacy, AI COE, Compliance, and TPRM to support responsible, auditable, and policy-aligned experimentation.
• Driving initiative movement from intake and discovery through proof of concept, experiment, pilot, handoff, documentation, and scale or sunset recommendations.
• Contributing and advising metrics for adoption, quality, accuracy, latency, efficiency, experience, cost, business impact, and operational readiness.
• Managing strategic technology and vendor relationships, including workshops, evaluations, commitments, costs, and outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology stakeholders.

Experience managing large budgets and finances
Prior Experience in the Staffing Industry – a plus
Prior Technical / Development / Product experience – a plus

Office Requirements:
Required in office out of our headquarter in Hanover, MD 4 days a week
Salary Range:
$116,600-$197,796
This position is bonus eligible
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors .
