The role requires an accounting background and experience with telecom billing and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly telecom invoices for clients and projects.
- Ensure accurate billing based on contracts, services, and project data.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to verify billing details.
- Maintain invoicing records and documentation and update ERP records.
- Follow up on invoice submissions and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and telecom billing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in invoicing or billing.
- Experience handling invoicing for telecom clients or companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
