Job Summary
Xad Technologies is seeking an Invoicing Assistant with a strong background in the telecom industry.
The role oversees the end-to-end invoicing process, including purchase orders, portal invoice submissions, and payment tracking.
The position requires accurate high-volume data management, attention to detail, and knowledge of telecom operations.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
- Employment is full-time and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily updates on purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
- Monitor portal purchase orders for changes, discrepancies, duplicate entries, and conflicts.
- Update purchase order trackers for new, modified, and cancelled orders.
- Prepare and submit accurate and compliant invoices through the ISC portal.
- Monitor payment receipts and update invoice statuses.
- Maintain a real-time revenue tracker for reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain invoicing documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate with client-side teams to resolve billing issues and clarify purchase order status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- At least two years of relevant experience in invoicing, finance operations, or order management.
- Prior telecom industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the portal is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
