Job Summary

Support the Wealth Management Advisory unit in achieving investment targets and maintaining portfolios.

Research, collect, and analyze information to help wealth advisory teams make effective and profitable client decisions.

Build successful investment portfolios aligned with client needs and risk profiles.

Market and Portfolio Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive research on markets, sectors, and industries to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Gather and interpret large datasets, track economic indicators, and monitor global market dynamics.
  • Review client portfolio performance, measuring returns, volatility, and adherence to investment objectives.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and identify potential portfolio adjustments.

Investment Research and Collaboration

  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, market-moving events, global news, earnings reports, economic releases, central bank announcements, and geopolitical developments.
  • Assist with investment strategy development by providing insights and recommendations aligned with client risk profiles.
  • Present research and investment ideas to portfolio managers, senior analysts, and advisory teams.
  • Prepare research notes, reports, and investment briefs using clear, data-backed explanations.
  • Collaborate with trading, product, advisory, external analyst, broker, and information-provider teams.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma from a recognized university or body.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Overall wealth management knowledge or experience.
  • Financial knowledge covering P&L, pricing, and balance sheets.
  • Strong data analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good understanding of banking processes and policies.
  • Good project management and operational management skills.

Preferred Certification

  • Professional certification such as CFA, CSC, PFPC, or CISI is preferred.

Additional Duties

Support regulatory compliance and other ad-hoc operational or business requirements needed to achieve collective goals.
