Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Address client inquiries, monitor account performance, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support credit and risk assessments and stay current on market trends and bank products.
• Help drive revenue growth and uphold internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and account-handling skills are required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or banking services is required, preferably in retail or wholesale banking.
• Financial and analytical acumen covering credit assessment, basic financial statements, and risk considerations is required.
• Professional communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills are required.
• Proficiency with banking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Relevant banking or finance certifications are advantageous.
• The ability to meet targets and follow compliance and regulatory standards is required.
• Familiarity with the Qatar banking market and fluency in English are required; Arabic is beneficial.
