Job Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare checklists and statements for legal-action cases and send complete documents to the Legal Department.
• Maintain and publish records of legal-action cases submitted to the Legal Department.
• Follow up with the Legal Team, retrieve cheques, and track transferred, held, or cancelled cases.
• Contact assigned defaulted customers and update the collection system with actions taken.
• Handle default-related enquiries, recommend collection tools and remedial strategies, and follow up on broken promises to pay.
• Arrange account blocks for defaulters and guarantors to recover past dues.
• Identify problem cases early and initiate timely collection measures.
• Coordinate recovery follow-up with branches and account officers.
• Contact employers about defaulted employees and End of Service benefits after resignation or termination.
• Identify skips, conduct tracing activities, file applicable insurance claims, and block accounts after salary-transfer or employment loss.
• Meet daily call targets and monthly collection KPIs.

Education and Experience

• A university degree is required.
• A training certificate in a related field is required.
• English language proficiency is required, while Arabic is preferred.
• One to three years of experience in a related field is required.
