Job Summary
Assist branch walk-in customers with service requests in the Quick Service category.
Support migration to digital channels and enhance the client experience.
Customer Assistance
- Provide statement printing, QID updates, CIF updates, card activation, IBAN letters, and liability, obligation, or clearance letters.
- Manage traffic in busy branches and help reduce customer wait times.
- Promote and educate customers about alternative banking channels.
- Refer new business opportunities to branch customer service advisors.
- Accept and process customer requests and forward them to branch officers.
- Assist other staff and perform duties assigned by supervisors.
Branch Process Facilitation
- Assist customers while processing requests in line with internal SOPs and guidelines.
- Follow up and monitor application status to ensure agreed service delivery standards are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Follow departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate departmental statements and reports.
- Adhere to quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures and controls.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
