Inventory/Supply Planner at ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS
ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking an Inventory/Supply Planner to develop and execute inventory and supply plans. The role involves managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing product availability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inventory and supply plans to ensure optimal stock availability
- Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and monitor inventory investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance demand forecasts with supply capabilities
- Analyze sales trends and inventory performance to optimize product availability
- Monitor inventory health through KPIs such as stock turns, fill rate, and aging inventory
- Generate purchase and replenishment plans based on forecasted demand and supplier performance
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability
- Support new product launches and seasonal planning through accurate inventory planning
- Prepare regular planning reports and business reviews for management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and planning processes
- Ensure data integrity within ERP and planning systems
