- Take full responsibility of overall management of Overseas Tax
- Plan, develop, execute and monitor tax activities and related systems
- Ensure compliance across different jurisdictions
- Oversee accurate preparation and filing of tax returns for subsidiaries
- Monitor deadlines and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
- Identify opportunities to optimize tax positions across subsidiaries
- Implement and oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance
- Identify potential tax risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support audit processes and ensure readiness for tax inspections
- Manage tax compliance in different countries where subsidiaries operate
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 years of work experience in tax
- Knowledge of domestic and international tax laws, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing tax filings
- Understanding transfer pricing regulations
- Strong analytical abilities to review tax data

Job Purpose
- Takes full responsibility of overall management of Overseas Tax. Plan, develop, execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step.
Key Accountability Areas
- Knowledge of domestic and international tax laws, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other related regulations.
- Ability to interpret and apply tax laws to various business scenarios.
- Ensures compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing tax filings, and ensuring timely tax payments and reporting.
- Oversees accurate preparation and filing of tax returns for subsidiaries.
- Monitors deadlines and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
- Ability to develop tax efficient strategies and optimize the group's tax position, including transfer pricing, tax credits, and incentives.
- Identifies opportunities to optimize tax positions across subsidiaries.
- Works closely with finance teams to implement strategies.
- Understanding transfer pricing regulations and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Implements and oversees transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Works with external advisors to manage intercompany pricing strategies.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or Any relevant field
- 6 to 10 Years of work experience
