International Sales Manager (FMCG / Organic Food Products)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Expand and manage distributor, importer, and retail partner networks across international markets.
• Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in target regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and other high-potential markets.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and market execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Represent the organisation at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, product standards, and trade requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales within FMCG, food products, or organic consumer goods.
• Proven success in international/export sales and global market expansion.
• Strong network with distributors, retailers, and trading partners across international markets.
• Experience managing markets such as USA, Canada, UK, China, Japan, Russia, Malaysia, and other export territories.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage; open to all nationalities.
