- Promote undergraduate programs and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, students, and parents
- Coordinate recruitment events, school visits, university fairs, and information sessions
- Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, application procedures, scholarships
- Support applicants throughout the admissions and study permit process
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities to increase visibility and student enrolment
- Liaise closely with the International Student Initiative team
- Monitor regional education trends and provide strategic market insights
- Travel regularly to schools, recruitment events, and partner institutions across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Education, or related)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, university admissions, or higher education marketing
- Strong understanding of student recruitment and advisory services
- Experience organizing events, presentations, and recruitment activities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of social media marketing and student engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively
