Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement evidence based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with DHA standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when necessary
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide psychoeducation and mental health support to clients and families
- Ensure ethical, confidential, and professional clinical practice
- Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical development activities
- Contribute to client retention and overall growth of the practice
Requirements
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Psychologist
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge of evidence based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary mental health team.

- This opportunity offers flexibility through either a salary based package or a revenue sharing model.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy sessions as appropriate
- Develop and implement evidence based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with DHA standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when necessary
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide psychoeducation and mental health support to clients and families
- Ensure ethical, confidential, and professional clinical practice at all times
- Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical development activities

Requirements
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Psychologist (mandatory)
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology or a related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills

- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Compensation
- Flexible Structure – Fixed Salary + Low Commission OR Revenue Sharing Model
