Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor local and international bank payments
- Monitor incoming and outgoing bank transactions
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor bank balances, cash flow, and payment limits
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and supporting financial documentation
- Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month end closing activities
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external accountants
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with corporate administration, including maintaining corporate records, updating KYC documentation, and preparing documents required by banks and regulatory authorities
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury and financial processes as the business grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven UAE experience in Treasury, Banking, and Accounting (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow management
- Experience supporting AP, AR, and month end financial close
- Good understanding of financial documentation, contracts, and banking procedures
- Experience liaising with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
