We are hiring an Internal Auditor for a fast-growing Food & Beverage business with multiple kitchens, catering operations, and outlets.
The role focuses on
operational and F&B audits
, ensuring strong controls across kitchen operations, inventory, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across kitchens, outlets, and catering operations
- Review
- food cost, inventory, and stock movement
- Perform
- stock audits and variance analysis
- Evaluate SOP compliance across F&B operations
- Identify gaps in
- cost control and operational efficiency
- Work closely with operations teams to improve processes
- Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
