- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, local laws, and industry specific financial reporting requirements
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation for hotel and catering staff
- Oversee inventory valuation and control for food, beverage, and other hotel supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
